Alcuni nomi dei nostri vini prendono origine dai recipienti in vetro usati nelle antiche Osterie Romane. Papa Sisto V Peretti diede vita a dei nuovi contenitori in vetro e alle misure relative: il Sospiro era un decimo di litro, diciamo un bicchiere.

Wine making

Refinement
In stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, to maintain unchanged the freshness and fruity aromas. Bottling the wine is added with a modest amount of co2. At least 2 months in bottle before release

Pale straw yellow with greenish reflections

Fresh and fruity, with aromas of ripe apple and peach, citrus flowers

Taste
Dry and crisp, well balanced with fruity aromas that permeate the back nose, enhancing the vibrancy

Perfect as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to appetizers shellfish or seafood
