Sospiro

Indicazione di Origine Tipica

WHITE

Wine with a wide range of aromas, in a typical expression of its native vines. A wine of the territory with extraordinary elegance and finesse.

Sospiro was the name given to the unit of measurement from a glass during the pontifical mandate of Pope Sixtus V; it used to ask itself a low voice, almost sighing, for the shame of not having enough money.
